Opps i pointed mine internally instead of externally.
But it worked my interior knee clicking is almost not even noticable. For interior knee clicking which way am i supposed to move my 🦶?

I don’t know what happened but a few days ago I twisted my knee really badly on the treadmill and now my knee is filled with fluid I can’t straighten or bend it and it locks constantly I need to get it checked out
