I'm 50, I damaged mine. Rather than sit around. I got up walked, did stairs, and rode my bike. On good days I can do full running sprints like I did before the damage. While my knee is not going perfect. I'm just glad I kept moving.

I had meniscus surgery in late 2021 because my left knee kept locking. It took so long to recover almost a full year to feel normalcy. Recently I've been having pain in the same area trying to prevent any 2nd surgeries with this! Thank you.

Thank you, I had a meniscus tear and I could feel it, move it, it was really painful. The surgeon asked me, does it hurt enough to do surgery? I said "yes please!". I had an arthroscopy three weeks ago, I still don't have full mobility, I have to walk with a limp, but I do feel it's because of pain and swelling from the surgery. When I bend and extend, I feel the movement is smooth, everything is okay and I don't feel any weird body like I used to. I hope to fully recover and continue strengthening my legs.

I tore my meniscus in May 2021. Watched your video and did exercises you suggested prior to surgery and after surgery. Had surgery on June 24, 2021, I only had to take two pain pills, and I was good to go. I was Back mowing my lawn with push mower in 6 days after surgery, and back in gym, working on knee and legs in Aug. and been going ever since with no issues.

Such a common injury. I have a meniscus tear and saw a doctor about it at Johns Hopkins/Baltimore. He said they don't recommend surgery for that anymore.

I have a medial meniscus tear since 2021. I decided against surgery and for strength exercises instead. I have no more pain but I still avoid jumping!

I recently had x-rays & an ultrasound done for my left medial meniscus. I'm waiting to hear from the doctor to confirm if it's a tear or something else. I have two questions: 1) how can stretching something that's torn/damaged be good for a meniscus? and 2) how could exercise not damage it further?Thank you. 🤗

I have had a torn meniscus for a while and was ok for a bit but it is not getting better after 5 months and i can barely walk now so im just gonna bite the bullet and have surgery. I had the other knee dome snd it feels great and i had a quick recovery. Your videos help me so much. Thank you! I just want to be able to lift weights again and this is not letting me. 😕
