Hi Friends - I am the world’s most measured human. At 46, my cardiovascular fitness ranks in the top 1.5% of 18 year olds; I celebrate my birthday every 19 months because we’ve dramatically slowed my speed of aging, and in 2023 I achieved the world’s best recorded sleep score, 8 months of 100% perfect sleep.

This is remarkable because previously, my health was in a pretty bad place.

In 2020, I started Project Blueprint to help you achieve similar results. I share everything I do and learn for free, so you can access the best health science available.

Writing down tasks for tomorrow is the best way to shut off from thoughts of the day. I think our brains want us to remember things like this so we don't forget, it's a sign you should write it down

Once a time in my life, after I did literally NOTHING, but sleeping perfectly…I didn‘t even do cardio or workout…I lost soo much weight and felt sooo good!

Sleep is the No. 1 priority!

The more I watch Bryan the more I like him. He feels like he'd be good company (which ticks the parasocial relationship box lol) because a) his motives are far clearer than most - passion clearly drives him a lot, which is noble imo. b) He apparently has very little profit incentive to mislead you and c) his results speak for themselves. It's really nice to have a 'safe' channel where I can watch a whole video and feel better off for having done it. There is no great focus on the consistent chaos of the world, just refreshing dialogue on how we might improve our lives - often from easy first-principles ideas (ignoring the absurdly expensive stuff, obviously)

Sleep is the most important thing, when I feel confused or anxiety arises I realise I have done a lot during the day so I hone in on sleep and its the best advice I could give to someone that feel like this, sleep heals you only way I can put it!

I appreciate this video so much. I went through a short season when I was falling asleep by 10pm every night and I’d never felt so happy and energised in my life. But getting back into that routine has been really tough and I’m miserably tired every day so I desperately need to change. Also, there’s no chance of me falling asleep without my fan and white nose device so those things really help.
