Idk who might see this or take my advice. Hell it might not even work for u. But still try. I've had it and it's been gone for a month (lasted for 2) . I drank lots of water. I didn't drink anything acidic (especially soda) and I bought tums assorted berries ultra strength chewable tablets and pepcid ac tablets. After about 2 days of consistent usage I got rid of it. After I got better I slowed down on soda, taking too long to eat and I drink more tea in the mornings. Hope this helps u all. Also no hot foods
