Whether you guys have been doing ab workouts with me for 5 weeks or 5 years, all your training has led up to THIS MOMENT. Can you pass the ultimate ab strength test??? I want you to go as HARD as you can and only take a break if you reallyyyyyy need it!

We'll do each move for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between!

I did it first try without stopping!! I did not know I was that strong. I give all the credit to Cassey!!! I have improved so much ever since I've been working out with Blogilates. I love the videos!!😀

I've been working out with cassey for about 8 months now and I just love her workouts. She's the one who encouraged me to workout bc her workouts are so fun!!

I had a baby 4 months ago and had zero strength in my upper abs.
Finally gave Roll Ups and Jack Knives a go, and to my surprise I did them both with little to no effort.
