Gotta love Amy. Never lets us down haha. Also, I was wondering if I could get your advice on something Amy. Have you ever tried any of these new custom meal plan tools? I just got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried anything like that out. Thanks again!

This is excellent especially if you're short on time. Solid work for legs, arms, shoulders, biceps, and core but in quick HIIT fashion. I feel like this was 20 mins of work condensed into 10 mins. Good workout. (85)

Whew! This was quite the workout. I did it after another weight workout and I'm definitely pooped now! 🥵 It really packed a punch but the 10 minute ones always do. 😍

I usually like your Quick HIITs and can usually keep up. Because I alternated dumbbells for different body areas and sets this was not a good workout for that. Your transitions were too quick to keep up with.
