Rosemary salt recipe- Blend for 1 minute
7 sprigs of rosemary stripped
4 sprigs sage stripped
1/2 cup+2tbsp kosher salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon zest

A few problems:

1) rosemary salt; the rosemary in that blend is going to blacken and burn during cooking, leave aromatics to the end like with the thyme.

2) you never want to rest a steak just to start cooking it again. What you want to do, is cut out that middle test and keep it in the pan, you're going to toughen that steak up each time you take it off the heat.

Other than that, great steak!

I just finished eating the fillet mignon from this video. It is the best steak I made in my life.
To make it slightly healthier, I put low calorie vegetable butter (3.5 tablespoons).
Also I added fresh rosemary in the last portion, since I didn't have rosemary salt. Also, I added garlic powder in the seasoning.

So amazing. Thanks man

I made this for my girlfriend last weekend.. it was the very first time I’ve ever cooked for her and she literally devoured her filet and the entire plate. Licking it clean! She said it was the best steak she’s ever had and she’s had A LOT. You’re the man for this video brother 🤙🏽 Thank you 🙏🏼

One criticism, cooking in rosette and Michelin restaurants I was always taught to not season with pepper until cooked with meats that u fry as pepper burns at much lower temps than you would sear the meat .
