This is how it was being married to my wife. Everything was always my fault. No matter what. So I was constantly being reinforced that I was not good enough and that I was never capable of ever even believing the truth about any situation, and I was always wrong. Which in turn made me always feel like I was gonna die in my soul if she was unhappy. It got so bad to where she literally told me that I had to read her mind. And if I didn't then I wasn't a real man.
