Breath in labor is SO important! Our breath is directly connected to our nervous system. The correct breathing techniques can help you stay calm during labor and birth (and on into parenting…let’s be honest!). Connecting and focusing on the breath can help you remain in a state of relaxation to allow baby to come out into the world.

Enjoy this vinyasa flow where we focus solely on the breath. Be less concerned with how the poses look and more concerned with how your movement connects to each breath - each inhale and exhale guiding your body through the postures.

Enjoy the feeling of being energized by your breath!

PROPS RECOMMENDED:

I always recommend having loads of props for prenatal yoga - our bodies change daily, and what works one day may not work the next, so it’s great to have as much support as possible!

Recommended props:

Blanket
Bolster or pillow
2 blocks
Strap
Self-care item (think candle, journal, essential oils, whatever makes you happy mama!)
