I did 2 eggs for breakfast .
40 push-ups
20 inclined push-ups
And 1 min planks{all i could 😅} and after 3 days I could see a positive results.

There is no way this works for everyone, you’re body fat percentage is lower so it can take 7 days. But for someone with a litte more body fat it’s going to take a little longer with patience.💯

I did calorie counting alone and lost 3-4 Lbs a week (for the first while). From 350 Lbs down to 335 Lbs. Then I tried cardio (30 minute jog each night which was 3 Km) and lost ~1-2 Lbs a week but my leg muscles were bulking up again so trade fat for muscle. I was down to 315 Lbs then. Then I tried sodium counting (1, 500mg or less per day) for my heart and vascular health and stayed within the 2, 500 calories a day I'm allowed and started to gain energy and drop the bloated look. Down to 295 Lbs and aiming for my optimal weight of 250 Lbs. 6' 2" and massively wide and large bone structure. So I can't get down to 230 or less without being grossly dainty and unhealthy.

It isn't difficult once you get comfortable with the lifestyle changes. But you are 100% right. It isn't just a one-phrase answer to tighten up. It is a full regime. Diet (nutrition control), consumption control, weight training and cardio.

This is really good, but there are a few ways to improve your fat loss. I recommend these exercises except do lower weights and higher reps. Say you do 45 lbs on the bench for 10 reps, go down to 35 lbs and 16-18 reps so you burn the chest fat first. Doing high weight and low reps builds muscle behind the fat and your chest will just become bigger and look like there is more fat. Also look up intermittent fasting as i’ve done that for almost 3 months now, and i’ve lost nearly 10 pounds and my entire body looks more fit!

You need to hit your chest at every angle, incline push Day Followed by a decline chest day in your week chest workout, superset those exercises with incline and decline push ups .. Believe Me results are magical
