In this video, I’m going to share one of the best hypertension remedies. But, be sure to check with your doctor before implementing any natural remedies into your routine.

Around 90% of all hypertension is known as essential hypertension, which means the cause is unknown. Most people with high blood pressure have either a potassium deficiency, low levels of vitamin D, high insulin, or a combination of the three. This leads to stiffened arteries, which ultimately leads to high blood pressure.

Here is a recipe to try that helps with high blood pressure! Blend all of the following ingredients together for one minute, and enjoy a large cup each day:
• 2 tsp ground flaxseed
• 2 stalks celery
• ½ avocado
• Juice of one lemon (1 ounce)
• ½ cup blueberries
• ½ cup plain kefir
• 1 cup water

Flaxseed has very potent antihypertensive properties and high levels of ALA, a precursor to omega-3 fatty acids. Celery is high in phthalides which help to lower blood pressure and help you sleep.

Avocado is rich in potassium and helps to lower blood pressure by raising your potassium levels. You can add a whole avocado to this mixture if you’d like!

There is significant research supporting lemon as a natural remedy for high blood pressure, so add that to the blender as well. Add blueberries for their taste and antihypertensive properties, along with plain kefir.

Try consuming this delicious drink right after a meal to help improve your blood pressure without the negative side effects of hypertension medication!

I quit taking my blood pressure medicine Enalapril because of the side effects. I manage it with healthy eating and walking. My last blood pressure reading was 110/67 😀

This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear this morning. A couple of weeks ago I was feeling like absolute crap so I just closed my office in the middle of the day and went to see the doctor. My blood pressure was 180/80! I am so frustrated because I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I exercise regularly, I try my best to maintain a healthy diet. The doctor ran my blood work and said " you're perfect for your age, you just need to calm down." And then promptly prescribed me a whole slew of meds that make me feel weak, tired, and grouchy.

I'm glad you are around to help us, Dr Berg

0:42 Dr. Berg's viewpoint on high blood pressure: Most people with high blood pressure either have a potassium deficiency or they're low in vitamin D.
1:56 Solution: Drink 1 large cup of the following blend:
• 2 teaspoons of Flaxseed (grind it)
• 2 stalks of celery
• Half an avocado (or the whole avocado)
• 1 ounce of lemon juice
• Half a cup of blueberries
• 1 cup of plain kefir
• 1 cup of water
Blend the whole thing for 60 seconds and drink it right after your meal.

Thank you Dr. Berg

I was 148 over 85. Nose bleeds and on the verge of fainting after a meal or standing up too fast. I cut out breakfast all together. The salty America breakfast and fasted until lunch time when I would eat chicken breast everyday. My blood pressure is now 116 over 66. No more nose bleeds etc.

This is why Dr. Berg is way ahead of so many medical doctors when it comes to BP and overall health. So many cardiologists and internal medicine doctors will just push medications and nothing natural.
Too many are clueless as to what can be addressed through just eating or drinking different things.

All these things have helped me heaps, always exercising and avoiding McDonald's and all other awful carbohydrates and sugary drinks, bakery etc. People will complain about bodily issues and blood pressure but never point to their diet and exercise

Dates are best known for improving the digestive system, but they can also protect your heart. In 2009, Israeli researchers discovered that eating dates removes fat without influencing blood glucose levels. Unlike other dried fruits, you won’t get a blood sugar spike from eating dates daily.
A more recent study concluded that dates have special antioxidants which improve heart health. In the journal Food & Function, researchers explained that dates can reduce cholesterol buildup by 28%. They also lower oxidative stress by 33%. If you eat a few dates, you’ll nourish your gut and guard your heart.

Moringa leaf powder. After taking this for two weeks my BP was down by 20 pts. After a month my BP was getting so low (80/60) my doctor took me off my BP meds. Been taking Moringa for a couple of months now and my BP is routinely in the 110/70 range. Before, even on on BP meds, it would be 140/90.

Something interesting happened at the Dr last week, the nurse took my BP with that oversized cuff to and the reading was 160/88, i knew that couldn't be read because I monitor by BP with home machine just about everyday, so she took it again and got 152/93. When the Dr. finally came in she took it manually, the old fashioned way with the stethescope under the cuff, 138/73, that was more like the readings I get at home. Can you imagine someone that doesn't have a home BP machine and they got those first two readings? The Dr would've prescribed those deadly BP pills with all their side effects !!! Be careful out their people and ask your Dr to t ake your pressure manually !!

If your high blood pressure is being caused by stiff arteries caused by excess calcium in the artery walls; vitamin K2 (MK7) may help pull calcium out of the walls of your arteries (and prevent further calcification).

Dr. Berg, I hope you see this comment. I used this recipe to lower my blood pressure. Early January I was feeling like crap, I would be short of breath and felt dizzy every time I tied my shoe laces. My weight was 139 lbs, and would constantly feel headaches. I started making, along with taking more vitamin D, and avoiding processed and junk foods. I’m also doing Intermittent fasting, low carb etc.. early January 2023, my weight was 139 lbs, and blood pressure was on average 139/96. Now I’m down to 226 lbs, and on average my blood pressure ranges 122-118/86-76. I still have a long way to go but I’m seeing fast results. Thank you Dr. Berg, for your videos.
