i have been doing this every day for the past month and today i noticed that I HAVE A SIX granted it's only visible if i stand in front of a certain mirror with certain lighting but it exists regardless! thank you so much for making this videos <3

Best workout in popsugar!!! Short and so so effective. Heather is so gentle that she gives a feeling like we're flying through it when actually she's killing a very good good way. I wish she will come back to treat us with some more of her expertise. Loved it❤️❤️

I used to do this workout all the time about 9 months ago and just came upon it again and wow I forgot how hard this is. Doing this definitely get you in awesome shape!

I've been following popsugar workouts for over a year now and have to say that out of all of them, this video is one of the toughest but most effective workouts there is. Heather Dorak has such a calm tone to her too which makes you feel sedated while you're screaming on the inside!

I find that so many of these online workouts I see hardly cause me to break a sweat or even feel like I'm working out. I'm glad I found this channel and this workout because I definitely felt the pain! Too bad I didn't find this earlier in the summer!

I love this workout. I do it 2 to 3 times a week and it showing results. I have another level of respect for VS models though, and I'm sure it's the light version :p Thank you Heather & Anna <3

I have been trying a lot of types of workouts on and off, but POPSUGAR is my go-to. This also was one of the best videos I've done! Great, fun, and she lets you know when the last 5-10 seconds are so you don't feel like giving up. A real burner for a 20-minute video! Thank you, POPSUGAR and Heather :D
