We feed our chickens crickets and worms that we order online. We also feed them cabbage and lentils that we sprout before we give it to them. We also plant herbs and flowers that are good for chicken health that they also eat. We want healthy, happy chickens. They are beautiful and healthy.

Cooking Eggs
1. Hard Boiled - yoke solid
2. Soft Boiled - yoke runny
3. Poached - boiled in water - whites cooked, yokes runny
4. Omelet - eggs beaten and cooked solid in 1/2 moon shape
5. Fried - sunny side up - eggs not flipped, whites may or may not be fully cooked. Yoke runny
6. Fried - over easy - eggs flipped and yoke cooked 15-30 seconds. Whites are fully cooked. Yoke runny
7. Fried - over medium- eggs flipped and yoke cooked 1-2 minutes. Whites fully cooked. Yoke runny to slightly congealed
9. Fried - over done - eggs flipped whites and yoke fully cooked.
10. Scrambled - eggs beaten and stirred while cooked to soft, medium and hard.

Just had my labs after 3 months on carnivore! A1c 4.7, cholesterol 159, hdl 54, triglycerides 62, Hdlc 54, vldl 12, ldl 93, tryglicerides hdl ratio 1.1. I eat 6 eggs every day.
