this must be the mildest case of arthritis in document history, I assure you someone with moderate to severe ankle OA can't do this

Thanks for the video. I fractured my lateral malleolus (Weber B), earlier this year at age 46. Do you think theoretically lots of exercise like these will prevent or promote post traumatic arthritis? Will overuse of ankle such as in long distance cycling accelerate arthritis of the injured joint?

Hey doctor can u pls help me . The ring finger in my left hand is twiching for 2days but I have noticed somethings . It also twiches when I touch my thumb with index and middle finger.and when I touch the right side edge of my elbow it also twiches.These are the things I have noticed till now.Can u pls tell me how wto get rid of it although the twitching is very little and painless it is a bit annoying and conserning for me
