Such a great and realistic message for us girls. You don’t have to go super hard every day to get results. Just a small consistent amount of exercise is great... for the mind as well as the body. Waist trainers actually impedes your ability to work out your abs during abs exercises. Maybe use it for hiking as you do but not ab workouts

I have definitely been struggling to lose weight. I am still the size after having my son 3 years ago. I wanna feel confident again in myself but I lack the motivation just been exhausted mentally and physically but I do plan on working on what I put in my body the rest of the year.

This was right on time, Tyme! I’ve treated myself terribly this year, I’m a RN and single mother and I’ve taken care of everyone but myself. Went from a 2-4 all the way to a 10-12 almost 40 lbs gained this year 😭 this video was my sign to give myself the same care I give to others! Thank you 🙏🏽

I’ve been wanting a waist trainer, but never knew which one to get. Since May, I have lost 26lbs, but want to lost 20lbs more. I just started up with intermittent fasting again and portion control! ☺️

I have been doing rolling 72 hour fasts to get the Covid weight off. So far I have 5.4 pounds left to get back to my goal weight. When I’m not doing the rolling 72 fasts, I do OMAD. Basically fasting 21-24 hours with a 2-4 hour window. I use the life fasting app. I jump rope, and use a mini stepper from Walmart. I would love a waist trainer to help target the stubborn fat on my tummy.

This video is full of misinformation and is essentially a ten minute ad for waist trainers. Wearing a trainer will not tell your body “where” to burn the fat. It will not make instant improvements to your waistline. You do not need one to reap the benefits of a core workout. This video is incredibly irresponsible to be promoting this trash to naive women desperate to lose quarantine weight. Be better.
