honestly elliot's channel is so rich in material and theres so much you can learn from it that sometimes i feel like people should not get this stuff for free... but then again we learn for free and elliot inspires us and gets paid off of it too so its a Win/Win!

Definitely worth reviewing your form on the lift in question. Make sure you've got your shoulder blades flat on the bench and avoid reaching forward.

I've never had any problems feeling chest engagement, so I can't imagine how the problem would arise, but this sounds like good advice that would work. I've seen people tapping muscle groups when training people, and isolation is a great way to stimulate the targeted are. Good stuff!

Keep in mind the length of time you hold a stretch determines if you actually shut the muscle down or not. A dynamic stretch that you hold for just a couple of seconds is more of a warm up stretch. If you want to actually shut a muscle down use a static stretch with a 30 second hold.

Hey Elliott. For Pec Flyes, one should internally rotate on the concentric to fully stimulate the pecs, which are an important internal rotator of the shoulder
