I ( Riley Byrne ) was born with Pectus Excavatum and managed to fix my condition through exercise & stretching... without surgery and I want to help others do the same.

Pectus Excavatum is exacerbated by poor posture & minimal muscle mass. A specialized exercise & stretching regime should be utilized to make Pectus Excavatum less noticeable. For more severe cases Vacuum Bell Therapy can be used in conjunction with Exercise to further improve the cosmetics of Pectus Excavatum.

My left chest is larger despite me being right handed. My attempts at making them symmetrical made them equally strong but the right is still smaller lmao.

If your right chest is smaller than left but right shoulder is bigger than left, it means when you bench your right hand is going higher than the left like this " > ---- /-O ". To reverse this and make your pecs even... do the reverse when you bench, for example " > ---- \-O ". Then once you finally get your pecs even, always stay parallel, or just do smith machine if you're that concerned " > ---- |-O ". You can also do push ups with whatever side the chest muscle is bigger putting that hand higher up and smaller chest side putting that hand lower while doing push ups.

Thanks for this tried to hit a new PR the other day. I’m right handed and my right side went up way easier my left couldn’t go up. Hurt my shoulder a bit in the process. Gonna try this tomorrow thanks again bro

Ooooh! Thank you so much for this video. My hopes were waning. Was dead drunk for 10 years sitting in front of a computer for +16 hours a day (was a heavy drinker and drug abuser for most of my life). My right arm and shoulder is particularly damaged and I may have had muscle loss due to inflammations in my right upper body. Been sober a few years now and I and trying to rebuild myself enough to hopefully have a few meaningful decades of life.

If you’re able to do the same amount of reps on each side, what’s to say surrounding muscles aren’t just compensating on one of the sides? I understand this is a pretty general test but for example, in a dumb bell press movements, I generally can’t get my right shoulder blade back as far in a lying position and so, my front delt is probably compensating somewhat for the better range of motion I have on my non dominant side.

my right is definitely stronger and my left side always runs out of gas first, but my left pec is significantly bigger and more full than my right chest, what do i do?

My left chest bigger than right
My left biceps smaller than right
My left upper back muscle bigger than right upper back
Thank god My leg muscles are equal bcz i dont do leg 😂

Yeah, now i see it. After you mentioned it. Your left chest did a millimeter bigger. Thanks for the advice

My left side is obviously stronger by quite a lot even though I’m right handed.
I can do 20 reps on my left but barely do 12 on my right.

You know how majority of the chest workouts involve triceps well my dominant is right and my right pec is smaller and my left triceps is smaller, I was just wondering if I could get some advice on it, if anyone knows the solution

My right side always have to stay back for “detention” and do more reps in order for it to catch up with my stronger and bigger left side.

I have some muscles lost on right chest and left chest is bigger only left side rib is uneven im so sad these days 😢

I have only started working out 2weeks ago but i noticed that my left chest is like tripple the size of my right side while im right handed, i think this has always been like this but still its abnormall how different, i dont even do more reps on my left side

My delt and trícep on the side with the smaller pec are much bigger than the other how would you advise i go forward correcting all this, It really bothers me
