15 min BARRE ARMS WORKOUT | Lean and Toned arms

Join me for a 15 minute BARRE ARMS at home workout to tone and shape your arm muscles from all angles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a set of light dumbbells anywhere from 2-5lbs. If you don't have dumbbells at home, then you can always try using full water bottles, shampoo bottles, or anything else you can find in the house! So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

EQUIPMENT:
- Set of Light Dumbbells (Anywhere from 2-5 pound weights would work best)
- Mat (optional)

Oh my word! I usually use 15lb weights for arm exercises, but I went ahead did 3lbs thinking it would be a cute little mid-day something but whew! Who knew?!! Thanks, Mik!
