DESCRIPTION
A fast efficient barre style arms workout that uses light hand weights and high repetitions to chisel a lean, defined upper body. These fast paced exercises will keep your heart rate high so you burn fat whilst sculpting muscle. Incorporating some lower body and balance holds will increase that calorie burn to give you maximum results. Team this workout with one of the lower body and abs challenges for a total body burn out!

Used this one as an dd-on to your Fitmas Day 3 😃. You know what I definitely like about your workouts is that you you never know in which way you are going to engage your lower when working your upper 😃 or at which piont it's gonna turn into a total body workout. There's always a segment of surprise 😃 and I LOVE surprises 😃. Thanks a lot!

This was wonderful to take outdoors. I loved the suggestions to add bonus lower body work. I also was mindful to keep the work out of my elbows by moderating by bringing my arms closer to my body when needed. Thank u!

Finished with this one today! Loved it a lot! I had to switch to lighter weights a couple of times and took a tiny break during the shoulder section. Shoulder killer workout 😀😀😀😀. Thanks a lot for it!
