20 Min Yoga for Joint Mobilization I Yoga With Pedro

Hi! I'm Pedro, welcome to my YouTube Channel Yoga With Pedro! I am so excited to be able to share this gift of yoga with you!

This is a series of wonderful poses I like to do when I have a tight neck and shoulders. We will work the whole body but focus on these areas for a bit. In my practice lately I have been finding more balance slowing down and breathing and hope you can find the same in this gentle stretch while opening the various joints throughout our body.
