For anyone wondering, I would use all of the techniques in this but I would duplicate the audio track to the second layer without effects, export as mp3, drag into enhance speech from adobe (free), and then mix the two tracks together until your heart is happy! Sometimes the ai audio is buggy so the original audio with effects really helps ground everything
