Kevin Thompson of Beyond the Fundamentals and False Accusations against the Pastors of Duncan OK

Anti-Calvinist crusader Kevin Thompson recently gave a platform to a former elder of a church - who accused certain pastors of using trickery to con the church into accepting Calvinism. The Senior pastor played on the ignorance of the board using word games to sneak past a pulpit committee and be voted in as pastor, with the nefarious intentions of stealing the church for Calvinism, or so claims Kevin Thompson. These two pastors, Todd Davison and Jimmy Harwood, answer these accusations and show that the elder bringing the accusation, as well as the entire board and pulpit committee, knew full well the pastor's beliefs before they called him. The elder claimed ignorance of the doctrines of Calvinism, but never mentions the church had had Calvinistic pastors in the past. He does not mention that great efforts were made by a team of mediators to resolve the problem, nor does he mention that this pastor was vetted once before, several year prior, and his beliefs were known then as well. No efforts were made by Thompson to contact these pastors for their side of the story - he was so blinded by his hatred for historic Christianity, who took the elder's word at face value and published his unfounded accusations as if they were proven facts. The pastors here answer many of the accusations, and give the behind the scenes facts that the elder left out.

Kevin Thompson has been interviewed at length on Leighton Flower's program, "Soteriology 101", despite his doctrinal deviations and heavy reliance of Psychology to support his claims. This video exposes the length he will go in his efforts to snuff out the faith the Reformers, Martyrs, and the teachers and evangelists of the past who held the Reformed view of Salvation.

hes not a " anti- calvinist " hes doing the same thing Paul did, hes trying to correct those in error , and calvinist are the only ones who claim the title of Christian but believe something not found in scripture, so what Kevin is doing is completely ok
