If I only went to the gym 2 days a week I would be pretty happy about it too.

Circumstantial, slight sadness is one thing. Never had depression. Fifty years ago, it was known that depression is alleviated by exercise.

Exercise literally saves lives. I fully believe that a lot of suicides could be prevented through exercise.

From my personal experience this just simply doesn’t work. If the root cause of your problems is inflammation exercise is a red hearing. It’s healthy yes but it’s like telling a person with a broken leg exercise will help them because it’s healthy for normal people. Dietary elimination is much more effective for people with auto-inflammatory disorders resulting in mood disorders. That’s not to say everyone is the same
