Follow me for 10-minutes to get a COMPLETE upper body workout using only a kettlebell. Kettlebell training helps you promote good posture, improve your grip strength, improve core power, and balance. It will seem too easy at first, but I promise, if you complete this all the way through you'll be trying to catch your breath by the end! Lets do this.

Holy crap! I have never done kettlebell workout in my life. Kind of thumbed my nose at it tbh. I just did this one, used a I am smoked! I couldn't do the diamond pushups. But now I have a goal/mission to work towards!

Retired USMC and wife and I are 70 but still work pretty hard at being in shape despite the aging joints. Appreciate the variety of methods you use. Good motivation too. I think it is sad when anyone especially former military let themselves go physically.

Great form. Nice and controlled. This is the process... You have to love the process. It's not always about how strong you get, hard hard it is, or some brand new methodology no one has ever done. Sometimes it's just about realizing life is going to provide those things one day at a time.... All you gotta do is enjoy the process of getting better every single day in preparation. @GrittySoldier. I’m a big fan of these 10 min kettlebell workouts. Any chance you’d want to make a series of these? Thanks a bunch. This format is perfect for a busy dad. I’ve been slowly increasing the weight of the kettlebells, so less daily training, but more frequency still has equaled strength gains.

Jokes aside, this was my first kettlebell training and I enjoyed it very much, I've been coming back to it ever since. I'm starting out on my workout journey and this is the kind of bitesize of everything I need. Thanks for making this video!
