The fact that this guy thinks Saladino does not look natural is a real wtf moment for me. He's been around fat, sloppy, unfit people all of his life to such an extent that he has an entirely warped sense of what a fit, healthy physique looks like.

Great content. I’m a 48yo guy who has never had high energy or even a moderate libido. A recent blood test indicated low testosterone and my physician does not want to do TRT until after two months of heavy exercise. So I have to overhaul diet and exercise intensely. At a time when work is overwhelming and I already have zero energy. What struck me in this video is the “overhaul your life.” I like that, now I know, now I can begin to start the research. There is so much to learn.

High protein diet with milk & lots of fibre products was when i felt my healthiest, i could do a full 8 hours of intense labour and nobody on the job could keep up with me.. I only needed 4 hours sleep and i was ready to go again the day, best quality sleep ive ever had in my life, only problem was the super high sex drive being very distracting lol
