Im intersted in doing this recipe but I dont understand the crystals that are included. When you say add 1 cup crystals do you mean washing soda? Then you say add borax substitute. I thought borax substitute in uk is washing soda. So what are the first crystal you added. Is it bicarbonate of soda?
