This has to be one of the most scarily legitimate things I have ever watched. This one was immediate for me, guys. What the absolute hell!!! Hey man. I got small wrist and low bone density. Whenever i try to arm wrestle with my friends my muscles dont give up but wrists does and they hurt really freaking bad.
