I love that you guys make these. I want to give you a little bit of feedback because I think it would help your channel. If you made your videos shorter (ie, more compact/succinct) or maybe every couple of days instead of every day, I think you'd have more regular viewers. We like you, but most of us can't carve out this much time each day.

Could you talk more about when to do it ( three times a week? Every other day?] how many times a day? Ive heard 30-50 times for eccentric strengthening does that sound right? Thanks for the videos

LOVE YOU I can't express how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos. Although I have exercised pretty regularly in the last 45 years (I am soon to be 71, ) you have shown a great number of exercises that I am now incorporating into my exercise routine. I have also shown many to my chiropractor and he has been very complimentary as well. I am really excited to see the exercises for the wrist and forearms - not a 'normal' focus that people pay attention to. I am excited to use them. Keep up the videos! THANKS SO - From Tulsa, Oklahoma. (By the way, the bands are wonderful and not to be considered a 'lightweight' exercise. They can work you as hard as you want to work as you well know!)

If you change the angle the band is to your hand you can change the points of maximum tension as well. Same with almost any lift. On tricep pushdowns if your standing close to your bands on the wall you don’t get much tension at the bottom but if you stand a couple feet back you have much more tension when you are fully contracting the muscle. Could be a good video idea for you to explain to everyone 👍
