Want to get toned arms at home but not sure where to start? SWEAT trainer Kayla Itsines takes us through a simple and quick BBG-style arm workout tutorial that you can do at home. This workout may be short, but it will make your shoulders, biceps and triceps burn, and allow you to build up toned muscles in these areas.

You don’t have to go to the gym to get toned arms and shoulders. All you need is a little bit of space in your house, backyard, or balcony and a couple of small dumbbells. This toned arms workout challenge can be done as a standalone workout or you can try adding it to the end of your workout as an added bonus. This workout is suitable for both beginners and anyone who works out regularly and is looking for something extra to add to their routine.

Working out at home should be simple and fun. In this video, Kayla breaks down the simple movements you’ll need for mastering this workout. For this toned arms workout, you’ll only need to do two easy-to-master exercises.

These include:

Bicep Curls
Shoulder Presses

All you need to do is start by performing one rep of each exercise. Then, do two reps, then three, and continue increasing the reps until you get to 10. After that, your biceps, triceps, and shoulders should start to feel fatigued.

If you’re finding it too easy, increase the weight of your dumbbells to make sure you’re getting the most out of your arm workout.

Everything we do has a distinct effect in our body. If we regularly go waaay outside of our caloric needs for the day it definitely will be visible for the educated eye. A moderate surplus is enough (100/250kcals) for most women to build muscle.

You can rest outside your 🛏️. You just have to release the fear and the nightmare will end.
