I lost 5 lbs and 5 inches during my first FASTer Way To Fat Loss round. I am not officailly a certified coach and would love for you to join me! This is not a diet, it is an eating schedule. We practice carb cycling as well as strength training and intermittent fasting.

In past when I was going to school I often never ate breakfest and not much at school, so it was like fasting - and was skinny then, so actually was eating food after 3pm
