That’s a really nice explanation because I can try to feel it in my body.
I listened again and I think I don’t understand. The explanation below seems to be based on a wrong understanding. I’m gonna leave it in for history.
I’ve spent a lot of time trying to pull my pelvis under and my external rotation has gone to a dark place.

I have this issue. I also cannot bring my left knee to my chest unless the knee moves more laterally towards the deltoid. The right is fine.

This is exactly my case, anterior pelvic tilt but externally rotated legs with very limited internal rotation ROM. I have bow legs so it does't help. Do you have a video or a link covering what can be done to address this issue ?
