Craving a burst of fresh flavor? My chimichurri sauce recipe is insanely quick and easy to make! Packed with vibrant herbs and a hint of spice, it's the perfect condiment to elevate any dish.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
1 bunch (140g) flat leaf parsley, tough stems trimmed
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 small shallot
1 jalapeño, seeded
2 garlic cloves
6 ounces (180ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper

In a food processor, combine the parsley oregano, shallot, jalapeño, and garlic.

Pulse a few times to chop roughly. Then add the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pulse a few more times to combine. The sauce should be finely chopped but still have some texture.

This is an awesome sauce. I’ve had it in a restaurant, but I’ve never made it b4. I had no idea all the ingredients that are in it, all quality and flavorful. I like every single one.

Another one of your great recipes, Peter, for my Goto recipe collections. I might use half EVOO and lemon-infused Olive Oil for the remaining amount. Steak is on the menu for Saturday. I'll let you know how the modification tastes.🍸🥂

Do you use the herb stems to make vegetable broth? I have never made this sauce, but it sounds utterly delicious!! I shall add it to my very full repertoire. Could you use this in place of pesto? I am not fond of pesto.
