How to make Chimichurri sauce. This sauce or salsa is great to eat with meat, chicken or pork. You can make it at home using parsley, olive oil o or you can use sun flower oil. You can add onions if you want, add some spice. There are many ways to make a chimichurri sauce, but you use fresh oregano leaves, this salsa will be amazing. After making the salsa, let it rest for at least three days, After that, it will be ready to eat. Use vinegar too.

I’m convinced and this guy sounds like he knows what he’s doing. The only thing I changed was using red wine vinegar and I added very finely chopped shallots.

This recipe is the closest to the best Chimichurri sauce I've ever had in my life which was in one of the Pizza place in New York City. It was exactly like this recipe, everything hand-chopped, not blended, watery and clear, beautiful vibrant colors for freshness.

This is an excellent recipe. I spent several years traveling in South America, and you frequently run into a variation or interpretation of the sauce. However, I keep coming back to this channel and recipe. It's a very authentic recipe and it's so easy to make. Thanks for posting this.
