Roberta, this might be a silly question but, *I basically weigh around about 7.2 stone, which is 100 pound.However, I have stomach fat that won’t seem to go, I might be bloated, but I don’t think someone can be bloated for 3 years and a bit. Will this work-out help get rid of that “excess” fat?I really hate it and it is one of my biggest insecurities.Will 26 minutes of the exercise also be enough?I don’t normally workout this intense, but if this gets rid of the stomach fat I have no other choice, my dream is to be able to wear a crop top comfortably without feeling insecure about my “excess” fat.*
