Are you suffering from a blocked nose? Do you breathe through your mouth and maybe snore at night? If you suffer from frequent nasal congestion and you're trying to figure out a way to unblock your nose quickly and naturally, this video is for you.

Here we’ll share three yoga techniques, which have been used successfully for thousands of years. When followed correctly they can yield quick and effective results.

A quick warning: the three techniques you’ll learn are much stronger than common at-home solutions such as nasal massage, steam, or warm washcloth remedies. These practices are safe but aggressive, so they should be used only when those traditional approaches fail.

VIDEO CONTENTS
00:00 Blocked Nose and Sinuses
01:07 Safety Disclaimer
01:25 Apnea Walk
05:02 Jala Neti
07:53 Sutra Neti

DISCLAIMER – If you have a sinus infection, nasal polyps, a major septum deviation, or any other major nose problem, please check with your doctor before practice. This is for educational purposes only.

BEST PRACTICES
We encourage you to try each technique separately at first to see how they work. Many people eventually combine two or more techniques for even better results, but start slowly and gently, and then integrate the most effective practice into your daily routine.

3 TECHNIQUES WE'LL LEARN
1) Apnea Walk
2) Jala Neti
3) Sutra Neti

If the temperature of water is the temperature of our body, and the salt level of the solution is the level of salt in our body, the rinse never stings. Our body's salt level can be checked by placing a finger in the corner of an eye to pick up a little of moisture and tasting it, then matching the solution to the same salt taste from our eye. Thank you for all your instructions. They are very helpful.

I just watched several videos on clearing a stuffy nose - the one that worked was breathing all my air out, pinching my nose and walking. I was nearly out of air by the 15th step, but I felt my nostril clear out very quickly. I'm gonna keep trying this, thanks!

I'm wicked sick right now and tried that first method...holy crap it worked so well! I had a few minutes of relief before the nostrils started to close up again, but I'll definitely be trying this again!

The advantage of the string is that it reaches and clears a blocked pharynx, the space from the back of the nose to the throat. However, I find that water is even better. So using the same neti pot method you can draw “up” the saline solution into that area and spit it out. Do that a few times. Although it’s just one passage, no left or right sides, I still do it with both left and right nostrils. The effect is soothing and breathing feels very comfortable.
