For temporary relief, I love to pinch my nose while rocking my head forward and back (looking up and down) for 10-15 seconds. It tricks your brain into thinking that you’re drowning and opens up your nasal cavity allowing you to try to intake more oxygen.

It sounds scary, but if you can try to hold your breathe for a little bit, it works amazing.

I've been stuck with a terribly stuffed nose for the past few days, and - while I usually don't take advice from TV doctors - this surprisingly works. Go figure.

The push up actually works. It opens up more airways so I can breathe better but it's not a permanent solution for me. It only take some time after it gets back to being stuffy again. But it works :) also don't blow your nose because it increases pressure inside and that's what we're trying to get rid off. Just use a qtip or a towel wipe to clean it when it gets runny

My poor daughter has been having sinus issues for the last few days. If you only knew how happy it made me to see her reaction when we tried this!
We did this and when we were done she gets a look of shock and says, “oh wow!!”. It was cool to see something actually work!

I can confirm the best method is to hold your nose shut, stop breathing and tilt your head backs really works. It tells your brain that you can’t breathe, and it’s your survival mode that kicks in and quickly clears your nasal passage.

This is why i love Youtube doctors info made no change in my stuffy nose at all but the random person in the comments telling me do push-ups at 1 am made a difference 😭
