I did not have any chocolate chips, however, I added Cookie Butter bakery emulsion in rhe mix instead of vanilla and added chopped pecans....they smelled scrumdidly-umptious and the batter was so tasty. In the oven as I type.
Hoping to God for a tasty treat for my hubby.

Update:
They were lovely chewy, like a soft version of Biscoff cookies.

Try doing this recipe with Brown butter probably would be super amazing. I made keto cookies with Brown butter. I will never do it any other way again.

I have been making the earlier recipe of these cookies, and they're already wonderful. I've changed up the recipe by using white chocolate (choc zero) chips with some macadamia nut pieces too. So good. Can't wait to check out the new recipe.

So, I tempt them with Keto treats. Potlucks, I only bring Low-Carb dishes to prove that you don't have to live without delicious foods to lose weight and live a healthy life...

Do you know what, I had kind of given up on making keto desserts with almond flour because I’m pretty much sick of the taste and texture of almonds in everything, but you’ve got me convinced and I’m going to give your keto flour a try. I’m excited. Thank you for sharing your knowledge !

Instead of using erythritol, I creamed softened butter with Splenda brown sugar . And followed the recipe the rest of the way like she posted it and they came out perfectly!

Ok just got my Z bamboo flour mixed it up shook shook shook baked cookies and I have asked u many times for a crispy chocolate chip cookie and you dear nailed it will try biscuits next thanks a million

OK I used Swerve Brown sugar which is Erythritol, and Lily's chips. The Choc Zero stuff has always raised my blood sugar, ALOT. The Lily's do have a bit more carbs. They were great. My cookies did come out pretty big. 🙂

So very good! I've done two batches in two days and only have six left! Let me add this - on the second batch, I added a shake of cinnamon to the dough and then took a little keto caramel, sea salt, a pecan pieces to top them off after they baked, and wow! Victoria, you're so good! (Ah, somehow I'm posting from my dad's account! That's not me in the thumbnail!)

I just made these for myself -on Keto for Long Covid and my husband-diabetic but pretty sure my granddaughters are going to eat most of them ☺️ You are right about the mix taste just like cookie dough No one was around when I made them so I had the whole bowl to myself Thank you so much We are so blessed to have you sharing your love of good food with us 💜

I can’t eat ChocZero! I love it, but they use a sweetener that kills my weightloss. I use Lilys. Can’t wait to try this recipe. I love your recipes.

I made your old Keto Chocolate Chip cookie recipe using the VKF. I didn't have allulose brown sugar (I used Sukrin Gold erythritol), and 1/2 C allulose. They got pretty brown, but tasted pretty good. I will use this new recipe next. Love You! PS My husband is not into low carb but loved them.
