Ah, thank you sooo much, Alexia! I was doing it all wrong, trying to push my "bad" side to match my "good" side. I actually had to stop my practice for several days because I'd overstretched and strained myself. Fortunately not an injury and all's well again. From now on, no more trying to force anything. Breathing, "listening", accepting, and a gentler practice not driven by the desire for "results" but just for the moment itself. 🙏Thank you again. 🙏Om shanti. 🕉💖🙏
