You may want to fix your second caption. — it says “suffering is normal”

I got no help in perimenopause. Suffered 10 years.
Thank you for being an advocate for women! We need more like you.

I think America needs to put health back into its school curriculum. This time, comprehensive information about our bodies.

My grandmother was done at 40. Had afib later in life.
My mom was done by 47. Has all those metabolic cluster issues of high cholesterol, insulin resistance, high triglycerides.
I most likely started at 36, but did not notice many problematic symptoms until 38. I already had multiple inflammatory disorders and neurological disorders since my 20s. I am so freaked out over what will come next. Because I "look young/am young" for this, people are dismissive of my issues. It's scary.

Menopause at 44! I’m 71 and have excellent cardio numbers! Why? Because I have been proactive keeping active, not eating like a 10 year old boy, and making my doctors LISTEN to my issues. It’s up to us to be responsible for ourselves. ❤

I appreciate your information online. I don’t understand why people who create these videos think we wanna watch them groom while talking to us.

Thank you!! It’s so good to hear that my weight doesn’t hold me back from being healthy. I watch what I eat, exercise regularly and I go to bed at a reasonable hour. I still gained weight after being in menopause but thankfully I only went up one size 🎉

I love when you say that we do not have to suffer when aging.
Just like Buddha said the pain is inevitable but suffering is optional.

Thank you for sharing this. I wondered why my doctor tried so hard to save my ovary and it makes sense now.
