BLESSINGS Doc! I had bilateral knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago, and going for therapy 3 times a week. My therapy will end soon, so I’m so grateful for these exercises which I will try to do at home.

It helps me but is hard after various stokes specially one in the cerebellum

After falling down twice this year, need to do these exercises daily. Broke my wrist the first time and cracked a rib the second. Turning 70 in November so need all the help I can get 😂😂😢

2:00 something to be clear on, is the weight distribution. I am guessing it suppose to be even weight between feet. I know I have to be mindful not to favour either leg. I often tend to be more dependent on the rear foot.
