This was great. I am mobile but have knee pain. I chose this workout to be easy on my knees, and wow it was a great cardio workout! I wore Heavy Hand 1# weights to add resistance. Thank you for all your workouts! 🤩

thank u so much, i was shy when i first started because i thought i was looking silly but as i started i gain confidence. This exercises we're great for my body, i have a condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta and any hard movement in my legs can hurt them or break a bone but this workout was great, gentle and intense.

Hello Mr. Paul Eugene. I hope that you're doing well.

I absolutely LOVE this workout!! This is the first time that I have truly tried to workout and I was shocked when I was pretty much able to do it all! There are a couple of moves that I have to work on because I don't think that I did them correctly.


The end of your video made me cry because I feel useless because of my weight. I am morbidly obese and feel like the ugliest person in the world on the outside. This is the second video that I have done with you and I truly feel that God led me to you to be my mentor, coach, and the person that will help to guide me in my weight loss journey. I am also going to be going to a weight loss clinic where I can be in classes for people just like myself. I realize and acknowledge that I am the person that did this to myself. I held the fork. I did this to myself, and I am the one haha will take it off.

Again, I truly believe that God sent me to you. I hope that you keep cranking out the videos because I'm ready to keep on working. This video is FANTASTIC and I will keep working on them every day.
