Is it strong enough to pull someone offline? I haven't watched the hole video, so that's why im asking. I'm just curious cause i wanna test it on my router and see im am safe cause i got booted offline a few times since then i have been with a new provider i have a subscription against ddos attacks but i still want to be sure. hence this question.
