Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.

My wife and I are both Chiropractors in W-S North Carolina (born and raised a cheesehead from WI). Great stuff Bob and Brad! I refer pts. to your website daily for your rational, common sense approach to structure and function and rehab. Thank you!!!

"A child of four could carry it." "A child of 4? Four what?" Or "FOR what?" I'm not sure which four Brad was asking about, but he reminds me so much of myself in conversations. My mind goes in two or three different directions as to what something might mean and I wonder what exactly someone is talking about. He's wonderful in that he's focused on understanding exactly what Bob means. However, when I saw this, I giggled out loud and got tears in my eyes. It happens all the time in your videos, but this time today it just kind of struck me funny! I love you guys - both of you! And Brad you seem to be the more physical one, and I was am like that too, always willing to demonstrate something physical that I'm talking about if I need to. You both are just wonderful and we are so grateful for you and your videos! Thank you so much and keep doing them! thank you!! 😁💕

I am always grateful for these videos. My wife’s knee has been clicking for weeks, I can’t wait to try some of these.

The last two operations I have had on my knee has been regarding the ligament clunking when I bend and straighten my leg, like really bad to the point my surgeon was so impressed about how bad it was. After the last surgery I had, they tried to loosen that band but I’ve still got a clunk, not as bad but it’s still doing it but also now it’s getting locked over the top of the knee. It makes me not want to do much as it does hurt. I’m only 9 weeks from the operation, I get Physio, I try and do my exercises but it just hurts, when I walk I don’t want to go past that point as it will clunk. I’m lost on what I should do, this was my 4th operation I’ve had a lot of things go wrong with this knee apart from the clunk. Thank you

Timely message.
My right knee was clicking downhill today, and the left knee when I sent back uphill.

Read about L-Glutamine (aminos), have chicken soup and eat soft ends of chicken thighs, turmeric. . Stay off knees on floor as well to avoid further injury, and stop eating sugar. Doing Bob's and Brad's and exercises are the best.

Great stuff, very helpful. I also have a click in my right ankle, somewhere near the lateral malleolus. It happens most on the recumbent bike, clicking every time I push the pedal through the top arc. Any suggestions? Thanks for all you do, it has been very helpful to so many.

For years my right knee needed to be popped throughout the day because it would feel stiff, but recently it doesn’t really lock up and can’t really be popped. It’s like it fixed itself. 😃

Hey! Love you guys! Your a riot! How about ELBOWS.. what are some exercises, massages, supplements do you recommend? My elbows have been popping since I'm a kid and I'm about 29 and the popping and elbow getting stuck are becoming more prominent. Never used to be accompanied by pain until recently, thankfully the pain is slight due to locking. I've done alot of research but to no avail and am willing to do anything, love exercise! Thankyou for your time! 😊
