Like Tyler durden said “stop trying to control everything and just let go”

The beginning is exactly how my dad tells his stories about anything he finds funny, he'll repeat the main part a few times and laugh at it himself and it usually makes me laugh too even if I don't really get it. I enjoy listening to anything he talks about anyway even if I don't much care about the topic, he manages to convince me to think 'this is important'. Dad is the best. I kinda miss him.

Found you a few days back and bro, your perspective is exactly what i needed. I've heard people give advice on the topics you discuss but have never had it put in such a digestible and relatable way. Thank you for what you do.

If boring means going to work, get off work, go to the gym, head again home, and sleep, then I love being boring

I found your videos because I thought you were a parody of motivational speakers. I did not expect to gain so much and be inspired from such an unlikely source.

Doing volunteering yesterday, being invited to a family meal. A rough old farmer asking what I'm up to, telling him about looking after 60 sheep. He's a hard working 80 year old who does not slow down. But when asked what he has been doing, he shows me his blog where he writes bush poetry/country lyrics. 3 days before that an employment agency asked me if I've ever done bush poetry because I have a decent radio voice. 2 unexpected things, lining up, sending me a sign. Wouldn't have happened if I didn't take an interest in him. Then he took an interest in sharing his work. His face lit up as this usually hard to understand man recited poetry. Incredible. I want that every day.

The amazing thing is that once you do let go an "own it", you automatically attract relationships with people you have most in common with - No quarters required.

Recently I started focusing on just relaxing and bringing up my level of energy (vibe) when interacting with people. Now I talk to people much more effortlessly and more and more people come up to me and tell me about my "energy" - I do the same thing with others when I see it happen.

This stuff is so dead simple, but at the same time the most magical thing I have experienced in the last 20 years.

Julien, man, you taught me how to remove complexity to finally access social skills instead of building onto layers of nonsense, lies and bullshit.

Thank you man <3

Lmaooo, never thought I'd watch a video with Julien talking about Attack on Titan but 100% it is the greatest show! Love that you brought it up to use as an example on how to share that passionate vibe and draw people in!

Damn I am early.
Just wanted to say that your videos really helped me and I definetly grew over the past few weeks, thanks for that!
It wasn't a magic transformation or anything obvioulsy, but there were pieces of information here and there that just stuck to me or where I thought "damn, he's right" - and this goes out to pretty much anyone: You can't expect to change completely after 2 months of watching videos like this, a process like this takes time, but as long as you keep having some of these moments from time to time where you hear something in one of these videos and you say "woah, thats a good thought" and it sticks with you. You slowly transform.
Keep up the work and trust the process!
And thanks again to you Julien for sharing these videos with us ❤

My man! That's exactly how I felt about Attack on Titans; I'm no anime fan. I give an exception to that show, it was some genius written quality anime.

Topic about the emotions of another person during a conversation... In Poland we're used to say "I'm not a tomato soup to be liked by everybody".

Hey man, been following you for years. I'm obsessed with Attack on titan and it's wild that you actually saw it. Curious to hear your take on the story, themes, philosophy, energy. Consider making a vid on it!

So IT IS POSSIBLE to interest someone in my work after all! (IT architecture and programming) :D
As a very sociable person by nature (who unfortunately got hurt way too many times) I have it all in me. I just have to let it out!
Gonna give it a try!

Thanks Julien!

I can actually be very expressive with my face and inflection of my voice but I've stifled myself because i got a couple reactions of chill out or like im being dramatic. So i need to drop that and continue to be myself even if i get a reaction like im being too much!
