Genetics play such a factor into fat distribution it’s crazy.

Someone at a super low body fat percentage can have a chubbier face than someone at a relatively high body fat percentage. I guess what I’m saying is don’t be too hard on yourself especially when it comes to facial fat distribution👍

Lee, do you think it's crucial to have both low reps(heavy weight) and high reps(light weight) for growth...since there's fast and slow twitch muscle fibres, both engaged differently.
