🔑 Maingain or lean bulk?

Maingain: Eat at maintenance calories and train your ass off to see your muscles grow slowly over time, gaining little to no fat.

Lean bulk: eat about 10-20% above maintenance while training your ass off for faster muscle growth, while gaining a little fat.

I started out skinny. What I would recommend for all the skinny guys is bulk for as long as possible. And after a couple of years when you have built majority of your muscle start main gaining.

I thought these were literally the same thing going slightly above your maintenance to see results over a longer period of time to not put on body fat

Main-gain while restricting carbs away from workouts, but upping carbs before & after workouts. You get all energy needed to push hard and recover, yet are maintaining or cutting (your choice) outside of the workout window. Sustain high protein always

I got one for ya. How to manage drinking 2-3 days a week.
1. Determine weekly calorie maintenance.
2. Calculate calories from alcohol.
3. Deduct alcohol calories from weekly maintenance.
4. The remaining calories divided by 7.
This is what you can intake with food to maintain weight, build muscle, and not gain fat. Tip: Never eat carbs on the days you drink, alcohol is entirely terrible carbs, aka poison. On the days you drink try to go OMAD, not eating in the 4-7 hour window that you drink because your body uses alcohol instead of food to fuel itself. To put it another way, space out drinking and eating so that you never drink and eat in the same window.
Another option is to stop drinking because, like I said, it's poison. But if you drink, stop eating when you drink, it turns food into a fat making factory that stores fat in the stomach for men and the ass and stomach for women. "Beer gut" is a thing because alcohol makes your body preserve all calories as future fuel in the form of fat.

I always like body recomp. Which I can eat at my maintenance calories, but try to pay attention of macronutrient, and yeah, train ur ass😂

Honestly lean bulk is a better option more naturally skinny people. Much less effort but much more gains.

Once my fat loss journey is done I will be at 17% body fat then I will maintain for a couple months then lean bulk 10 pounds then cut 10 pounds will prolly end up at around 12-14% body fat then I will just maingain

Lean bulking does not work, I've been reading studies that show even 600 calories extra a day leads to negligible muscle gain.

For a natural lean bulking isn't the way. It's best to get as much as muscle as possible and then cutting after.
