A lot of the girls I work with have adopted this "mean girl/boss bitch" attitude which is actually toxic. Even the ones who arent really like this outside of work, adopt the behavior in order to "survive" or to be accepted. Women have confused being rude and dominant with confident and assertive. You can be confident and assertive without being disrespectful to others. Thats something only a true leader would know.

Also, when the upper management is weak, it affects the whole workplace and unfortunately, we've gone through multiple managers and the one we've currently landed on, is too busy trying to be everyones friend instead of being a boss. She also doesnt stand her ground to some employess and walks on eggshells. Its not good for the work environment because now the girls think they run the place.

There's nothing more freeing than realizing how small you were for worrying about problems at work. Especially interpersonal ones.
Ask yourself if this person genuinely threatens your career. If the answer is no, you don't have to say anything. Just ignore their dumb ass.
There's a reason people are all the sudden on good terms with everyone when they retire. It's because they realize how meaningless their issues with those people were.
It's easy to think it matters when you're in the moment, but I promise you it doesn't

If you like your job, be kind to those who are not kind to you. Dan, you give good advice to stand up to bullies, but these tactics will get someone fired.

there is a deeper level of education in this short video, you see there are a lot of overly reactive people out there, who just get "triggered" or "take offense" on things that no need to be taken personally or not made a drama out of. WHen you ask what happened they are so stupid and egosentric that they cant even verbalize what had happened. THey just say, oh she/he was rude, etc, this video specifically forces you to stop and think, if you have to be specific, then it forces you to think. This is for those who are not being bullied of course. :)

I don’t need to know the tone, being called stupid and laughed at is enough

Thanks, in the past I’ve, depending on the situation, turned my back, burned inside, or on occasion repeated their rude words back to their shocked faces….and they couldn’t believe someone would speak to them in such a rude way (!!!!).
This is better.

Dan, I like your videos. I've noticed that recently they loop and are only a few seconds long. Strange. Could you please look at your settings and adjust them back to how it was. Thanks
