Dr. Kristie, you are the only person born after 1980 who uses the verb “lie” correctly. That kind of grammar used to be corrected in high school. Every other exercise person tells you to “lay” down. The effect is like chalk on blackboard, which hints at my age. Thank you for your excellence

I do a modification of this stretch; reach across the body, the opposite hand each time. There are various names for this stretch; I just call it the Cavalier Reachover.
