I usually get very good deep sleep. When I was pregnant for first time I saw one video that mentioned that if u r pregnant and feeling tired just take a nap whenever it is needed don't worry about what others will tell about you. So I did like that. Outcome was the ultimate one. My baby also have very good ability to get into deep sleep easily and no disturbance can wake up him easily. As a mother it is a blessing😊

I had put this as a question to you, thanks a lot for asking. I finally switched from a job which had a night shift to the one which doesn't have it. Thankyou

Hi Dr. Pal . I keep tracking your post and they are all so innovative and really informative . This is so true that we work in the night hours . I am a medical interpreter and my working hours are totally based on US timings. The whole lifestyle is such a topsy turvey schedule . Yet i would say your post keeps that reality check upon our lives . What and how we could make our lifestyle more healthier . Thank you so much . God bless you and your family .

The thing is individuals like soldiers, doctors etc are obliged to work no matter what time it is and their sacrifice really matters

Doctors are themselves a victim in this.. Night time casualties screw up your sleep schedule which in itself is already not enough in a doctor's life.

I understand this, but getting job is a challenge. So night shift is one option to avoid being jobless. How are we going to survive if nothing going to work?

Very well explained about the problems. But what about solutions?

thanks for the video ❤ but sorry I still don't understand. Topic started with night vs daytime sleep, but later deep sleep was discussed. What if i can get deep sleep in daytime with blackout curtains and no distractions...

I get an average of 1 hour of deep sleep everyday according to my fitness band and no REM sleep at all. How long should the deep sleep be and do I need REM sleep. It’s hard to induce REM sleep despite low stress and good, dark sleeping environment
