My comment is really for night sleeping but I’ll share my experience here. I wasn’t a good sleeper until my daughter bought us a pillow that is nationally known “My Pillow “ I didn’t believe it would make a difference but it has changed my life (swear to god) I sleep like a baby.😴every night. My husband and daughter do as well. I hope my comment is helpful.🙏🏻Dr. Sethi.

I was taking my magnesium and d3 in the mornings as an overnight worker and I found FOR ME- if I drank half a cup of coffee or 8oz I fell asleep quickly 😮 it’s beyond me! Just plain black coffee❤

I use brown noise, available on yt or Spotify, i leave the earbud in my ear and fall asleep
